I finally saw Blue Valentine. The film’s premise is so simple but even in the year 2012, when we’ve seen everything, something as basic as a relationship starting and ending can still be extremely engaging if it’s done right. And Blue Valentine was done right. From start to finish. The actual way the film was made is very intriguing and I would implore you to watch the short “making of” feature on the DVD to find out just how brilliant and passionate the filmmakers were.
Blue Valentine was done absolutely completely perfectly, except for the tiny problem of it being just as nauseatingly sexist as every other movie out there. I thought more highly of it at first, and then I watched it again.

I always had a soft spot for RIM, and was an early non-corporate adopter. My first Berry was great. I could type emails easily, browse the web, play music – a vast improvement over my accidentally drowned Razor
